History:
Anglo-Arabs originated in Britain, but they are bred in France. This horse has been paid great attention to for more than 150 years. Anglo-Arabs are recognized as a composite breed, but no standard has been laid down for it yet.
Head:
The head of the Anglo-Arab resembles that of a Thoroughbred and so does its overall appearance.
Height:
The height of the Anglo-Arab is between 16 and 16.3hh.
Body:
Anglo-Arabs are large and muscular making it an excellent jumper.
Color:
Chestnut and Bay are the most common colors of the Anglo-Arab, but brown will also occur occasionally.
